FB-7 protective sealant strip
The sealing caulk can be embedded in the gap between the two parts of the building or car. It is bonded to the surface where the two parts meet to prevent the infiltration of rain, air or dirt. Such a caulking belt must be capable of proper relative movement in accordance with the thermal expansion and contraction of the two component materials being sealed while maintaining its overall sealing function.
FB-7 is made of butyl rubber. This sealing joint has excellent aging resistance and can fully meet the above requirements. The performance will not change for a long time.
Most construction caulking belts are used to seal the gap between two components that are fixed by mechanical structures. The caulking tape shown in the drawings provides the adhesive force required to properly fix the two glass sheets and the seal between the glass and the window frame gap.
The FB-7 strip integrates the center strip and the protective seal, allowing the manufacturer to replace several traditional processes with one product... making the production process easier.
