Shunhao New Materials was established in April 1995. It is a leading enterprise in the field of anti-corrosion and sealing supporting systems for large-scale industrial complete sets of equipment in China. Its self-vulcanizing butyl rubber anti-corrosion lining products rank first in the domestic industry.

As a key basic material in the industrial "four basics" that needs to be developed, Shunhao has independently developed self-vulcanizing butyl rubber anti-corrosion lining products that can adapt to different corrosive media in the chemical anti-corrosion field. It has created a precedent for the self-vulcanization of butyl rubber lining in the industry, mastered key technologies such as chemical corrosion damage of media to rubber materials, physical penetration and scouring of high-temperature media in the rubber lining layer, solved the worldwide technical problem of easy failure of traditional lining and metal bonding, effectively meets the strict anti-corrosion requirements of large and giant engineering key equipment such as storage tanks, storage tanks, and reaction tanks for various acid, alkali, and salt solutions below 130℃ in nuclear power, metallurgy, steel, and pharmaceutical fields, and the overall technology is at the international leading level. It is known as the "disruptor of rubber vulcanization" and provides supporting services for well-known domestic and foreign leading enterprises such as China National Nuclear Corporation, China General Nuclear Power Group, and Baosteel Group, successfully replacing imports.

Under the leadership of Professor Zhang Qinghu, the first person in China's self-vulcanizing rubber lining technology, the company has established high-quality innovation platforms such as a provincial enterprise research institute, a CNAS laboratory, and a municipal enterprise technology center. The core innovation team currently has 32 people, with 20 independent intellectual property rights (including 14 inventions), 1 international standard formulated/revised, 8 national standards (6 leading), and 1 Zhejiang manufacturing standard.
