High-temperature resistant conveyor belt compound
I. Description
This material is based on hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR) and is specially designed for the production of rubber products. It is widely used in rubber product factories abroad and features high strength, high hardness, heat resistance, oil resistance, H2S resistance, acid and alkali resistance, low compression set, and good processing properties.
II. Applications
It can be used to manufacture rubber products for the petroleum, chemical, and automotive industries, especially sealing products and hose products in high oil resistance applications, where it demonstrates unparalleled advantages over other rubbers.

IV. Processing Technology
Specimen vulcanization conditions: 170℃×10min
Press plate test block conditions: 175℃×15min
Two-stage vulcanization conditions: 160℃×6h
V. Packaging and Storage
25kg per bag, the material is in sheet form, and should be stored in a clean, dry, cool, and ventilated warehouse.
