High-temperature, oil-resistant compound rubber
I. Description
This material is based on modified hydrogenated nitrile rubber and is designed for the production of rubber products. It is widely used in various rubber product factories. It features excellent physical properties, stable processing, and low cost, making it an ideal substitute for acrylate rubber materials. Oil seals made from this material are resistant to seal greases, lubricating oils, and engine oils. They have passed a 150℃ (oil temperature) × 480h, 22m·s-1 test rig test at the National Seal Testing Center without leakage, meeting national standards.
II. Applications
It can be used to manufacture oil-resistant rubber products for the petroleum, chemical, and automotive industries.

Specimen vulcanization conditions: 175℃ × 10min

25kg per bag. The material is in sheet form and should be stored in a clean, dry, cool, and well-ventilated warehouse.
