Natural rubber masterbatch
Natural rubber compound is a natural high molecular compound with polyisoprene as its main component, with a molecular formula of (C5H8)n. 91%~94% of its composition is rubber hydrocarbon (polyisoprene), and the rest are non-rubber substances such as proteins, fatty acids, ash, and sugars. Natural rubber is a widely used general-purpose rubber.
Due to the above-mentioned series of physicochemical properties of natural rubber, especially its excellent resilience, insulation, water resistance, and plasticity, and after proper processing, it also possesses valuable properties such as oil resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, pressure resistance, and wear resistance, therefore, it has a wide range of uses. For example, rain boots, hot water bottles, and elastic bands used in daily life; surgical gloves, infusion tubes, and condoms used in the medical and health industry; various tires used in transportation; conveyor belts, transport belts, and acid and alkali-resistant gloves used in industry; drainage and irrigation rubber tubes, and ammonia water bags used in agriculture; sounding balloons used in meteorological measurements; sealing and shock-proof equipment used in scientific experiments; airplanes, tanks, cannons, and gas masks used in national defense; even high-tech scientific and technological products such as rockets, artificial earth satellites, and spacecraft cannot do without natural rubber. Currently, there are more than 70,000 items in the world that are partially or entirely made of natural rubber.
