Self-vulcanized butyl rubber lining features
QH series self-vulcanized rubber lining can solve many troubles of your large-scale equipment on-site anti-corrosion lining
Temperature resistance -40~130°C
QH series room temperature self-vulcanized butyl rubber lining is a high-performance anti-corrosion and easy-to-construct special rubber lining made of German LANXESS (formerly Bayer) rubber material, suitable for chemical corrosion protection of large chemical containers. The traditional rubber lining must be heated to be vulcanized, and the construction cost is high (must be equipped with a series of equipment and facilities required for vulcanization), subject to construction conditions, and energy consumption, and quality problems such as bubbling are likely to occur during vulcanization. In particular, the dynamic performance of the hard rubber lining is poor, often due to thermal expansion and contraction of the container or when the container is subjected to collision deformation, lining cracks, breakage and falling are likely to occur, causing corrosion; the application range of the lining is narrow, only in the case Use below 80 °C.
QH series butyl rubber lining does not need to be heated and vulcanized. It can be vulcanized under natural conditions. The construction process is simple and convenient, and it is not limited by the size of the container, structure and construction site. Moreover, the lining has good elasticity, wear resistance, and dynamic performance, and the corrosion protection is safe and reliable.
QH series butyl rubber lining can be used in many sectors of the national economy, especially in the smelting plant, steel plant, chemical industry, fertilizer, electronic power, food, paper, textile printing and dyeing, transportation, pharmaceutical, environmental protection and other key equipment. The lining can meet the anti-corrosion requirements of various acid, alkali and salt solution storage tanks, storage tanks and reaction tanks below 130 °C.
