HR(HNBR)

Description

This material is based on hydrogenated nitrile rubber (HNBR). It is specially designed for the production of rubber products. It is widely used in some rubber products factories abroad. It has high strength, high hardness, heat resistance, oil resistance and H2S resistance. It is resistant to acid and alkali, low compression and permanent deformation, and has good process performance.

Use

It can be used in the manufacture of rubber products for petroleum, chemical, automotive and other industries. Especially in high-oil-resistant applications, sealing products and hose products can better reflect the superiority of other rubbers.

Processing Technology

Test piece vulcanization conditions：170℃×10min

Tableting test conditions：175℃×15min

Two-stage vulcanization condition：160℃×6h

Packaging and storage

A 25kg bag, the shape of the material is film, stored in a clean, dry, cool, ventilated warehouse.
